The housing and real estate development in Asharqia Chamber prepares to
launch the program (Shorofat) in
collaboration with public and private sector and urban development forum next
year 2017.
The
Chairman of the Committee Reden bin Saafaq Al Diweesh, who chaired the
committee meeting Sunday, December 18, 2016 in the Chamber main headquarters
that the members approved the work plan for the next year, determining the main
issues in preparation for the extended meeting of the developers in the region.
Al Diweesh
noted that the meeting reviewed the most important achievements of the
Committee during the year 2016, mainly: the launch of the first real estate
report in the region in collaboration with a company specialized in the field
of studies, hosting the Minister of Housing, visiting the Shura Council committee
, and holding a workshop for developers partnership program with the Ministry
of Housing and
a workshop about the unproductive lands fees program.
